Information we collect
When you send an RFQ or market-entry enquiry, we may receive your company name, contact name, business email, phone number, country, product or project details, market objectives and any files you choose to upload.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to commercial enquiries, source relevant products or suppliers, assess market-entry opportunities, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse.
Legal basis
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to B2B enquiries and maintaining commercial records.

Website submissions may be stored on BriveX/Corevia infrastructure and sent to authorized business mailboxes for follow-up. Information may be processed by hosting, email and other service providers where necessary to operate the website and business systems.
Retention
Commercial enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, related business follow-up, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping needs.

Where applicable under data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing. Contact hello@brivex.eu.
Cookies and analytics
BriveX uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, page usage and whether visitors complete important actions such as submitting an RFQ or market-entry enquiry. Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you choose to accept analytics cookies through the BriveX consent interface.
If analytics consent is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals under Consent Mode without reading or writing Google Analytics cookies. Advertising-related consent remains disabled on the BriveX website unless we introduce a separate advertising use case and update this policy and consent interface.
You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time by selecting in the website footer.
